By submitting this form, a ticket is created in our ticketing system. We endeavor to resolve issues or provide guidance within 24 hours. If additional time is required, we will contact you and any party involved and provide an estimated timeframe. In case the issue requires the involvement of a local Center, or the customer prefers local support or language, the ticket will be directed through the system to local support. When the request is resolved, the ticket is closed. We always place our customers at the center of our operations, and we aim to always provide clear and justified responses. Handling issues will be in full compliance with all applicable privacy laws and GDPR regulations.
